A trade partner,
on call.

Tracy partners with the architectural and design studios shaping Tahoe, Truckee, Martis Camp and the Sierra foothills. One craftsman, three decades, a direct line — for the floors that need to be specified, sampled and installed exactly right.

The Program

Everything you need to spec with confidence.

No portals, no account managers, no waiting on email chains — just one direct line to the craftsman who will actually install the floor.

Sample Boxes — On Request

Curated species and finish sets sent to your studio. European and American oak, walnut, smoked, fumed, hand-scraped, wire-brushed.

Spec Sheets & CAD Details

Plank widths, finish stacks, sub-floor moisture standards, expansion gaps, transition details. PDF + DWG on request.

On-Site Consultation

Tracy walks the site personally — sub-floor evaluation, moisture mapping, acclimation strategy, layout review with your team.

Direct Line

Your call goes to Tracy, not a dispatcher. Specification questions answered same-day in the field.

Designer Photography

Project photography released for your portfolio with proper attribution. Clients hire designers who can show finished work.

One Craftsman, One Crew

No subbed-out installs. The hands you meet on the consultation are the hands on your client's floor.

How It Works

Three calls. One floor.

01

Introduction

A short call to align on the project, timeline, and aesthetic direction. We send sample boxes if you don't have them already.

02

Specification

Tracy walks the site with you or your client. Sub-floor assessment, moisture mapping, plank-and-pattern review, finish stack agreed.

03

Execution

Tracy and his crew install the floor — acclimation, dust containment, finish curing, final walk-through. Photography delivered on completion.

From the Field

"He is, simply, the floor guy you call when the floor has to be right."
